Ayurvedic principles permeate my life, inseparable from it since I began to study this ancient holistic science. Ayurveda is the knowledge of body, mind, senses and soul – life – each of us is a being made of these things operating all at once. Our diet and our lifestyle create our whole being, whether we are aware of the subtleties of the effects, or not.
Through this blog, I aim to explore the depths of this practice of paying attention, and hope to inspire you to do the same. I share recipes, musings, yoga practices and health tips. Through practice and experience we can gain wisdom about what serves each of us best.
